Objective:  To disguise Tom Turkey so the farmer can't find him when it's time for dinner!

Directions:  You will be provided with a blank turkey template and a writing sheet for this project.  Decorate/disguise your turkey.  Be creative and use any materials you want!  Then work together to write a few sentences on the writing sheet about his disguise and how he manages to escape!  (Some ideas for possible disguises:  a snowman, a penguin, a princess, a clown, a football player)

Due Date:  Turkeys should be completed by Thursday, November 12, and returned to school to share on or before that day.  Students will take turns sharing their project with the class.  All turkeys and writing will be put on display.  Remember to title your writing (for example:  "The Hanson's Family Clown Turkey").
