TLC projects help students:

  • to understand and follow oral directions

  • to identify, create, and manipulate shapes

  • to develop an awareness of spatial relationships

  • to develop fine-motor skills

We went to the farm, and we made our own chicken using Kaye Espinosa's Farm book.

We made a soldier to honor veterans for Veteran's Day.  We used Kaye Espinosa's Who Will I Be Today book.  Currently, the soldier is a free sample lesson.

We made a Thanksgiving mat for our Thanksgiving Celebration.  Boys made a pilgrim boy, and girls made a pilgrim girl for their mat.  We used Kaye Espinosa's People book, but we modified the directions to work for making a mat.

We made a turkey for Thanksgiving using Kaye Espinosa's Pre-Kindergarten Lessons (September-December).
